American Culinary Federation is the one of the largest association for culinary art, it has large number of professional members and many of the organizations are connected to it. This association has the membership of World Association of Chef Society which is the top most association of all the chefs across the globe. By joining American Culinary Federation its member get discount on the products as it has partnership with different organization. It offers many on the job training programs to its members with advanced classroom which help them to earn and study both at the same time and also gives scholarships to many students for there culinary career. Many of the special demonstrated classes, degree and diploma programs are offered for short term and long term classes as well. American Culinary federation certification open the way for the chefs to enter into there professional career and it provide certification to at different levels according to there qualifications but certification is only given after clearing the terms and condition of this association. They also conducted exams for evaluating the chef’s ability and work experience and the percentage required gainer are only certified.
Many of the educational programs are undertaken by this association to improve the chef’s skill more and more up to the maximum. This association organizes many of the competition, conferences etc. and chefs are honored by award this motivates the chefs to perform better than the best. My point of view:

American Culinary Federation is a big and repudiated association. This association create standard among the chefs and reward for there ability and work experience. American Culinary Federation is connected with World Association of Chef Society, therefore getting a certificate from this association is, itself a great achievement for the chefs. This association expanding the culinary arts future and encourage the people to join culinary career. It gives symbol of specialization through it certificate to the chefs. They have there own way of evaluating the chefs make the chefs to perform better to get clear with the evaluation. Association offer different programs, conferences and on the job trainings which helps chef to experience the culinary art in a much better way.
