The French Pastry School is established in 1995 and is owned and operated by internationally acclaimed pstry chefs Jacquy Pfeiffer and Sebastien Canonne. It is affiliated with the City Colleges of Chicago and is accredited by the Illinois Community College Board It offers world-class pastry instruction geared to the aspirations of students. The unique commitment to the students is continuous attention to the development of their career, from the beginning of till long after the students leave. The French Pastry School offers instruction based on the artist-apprentice model that has been in operation in Europe for hundreds of years. It is through constant exposure to, and observation of, master chefs that our students learn their craft. The French Pastry School is dedicated only to the aft of pastry. So the student will get all the information about pastry making. Their goal is to be the finest pastry school in the United States producing the best-prepared chefs entering the profession. The French Pastry School offers the rare opportunity to learn the art of pastry in an intimate setting, being personally mentored by Chefs Jacquy Pfeiffer, Sebastien Canonne, M.O.F., John Kraus, Bob Hartwig and Laura Ragano. The most important thing is that The French Pastry School gives placement to their students. They begin three months into program with the first of several counseling sessions with the students and the chefs. They give advice on business ideas. They give the knowledge of how to buy second hand equipments. The most important thing about the school is they give placement to their students. Many graduates of French Pastry School have taken: restaurants, catering, hotels, bakeries, food styling, food writing, food sales, wedding cakes, teaching, research and development, country clubs, cruise ships, new business ventures, chocolate candy businesses, and artistic edible creations.

My point of view:

French Pastry School is the best place for those who want to learn everything about Pastry. The French Pastry School is dedicated only to the aft of pastry. They give specialization in the pastry cooking which perhaps no one is doing so here students can get all the information about cooking pastry. Classes are well scheduled and organized by experts in this profession. The good thing about the French Pastry School is that they are committed to the continuous attention of the development of the student’s carrier. So students will get proper guidance to make their carrier in this field. The better thing is that they give placement to their student. Also they teach some professional skill how to make their own business which helps students to built their own way. I think this is the best place for the student who is thinking to make their carrier in the field of cooking.
