Chiang Mai Thai Cookery School was set up in the year 1993 and was the first cooking school in Chiang Mai. The school has almost 15 years of experience in training people in Thai cooking. The school offers rigorous curriculum and students can choose from 5 different courses offered. Each course is specifically designed for a single day and they run consecutively, one after the other, for five days. These courses include:

- Introduction to Thai Ingredients
- Making the Curry Paste
- Tour of Local Market
- Shopping at the Market
- Vegetable Carving

This is one of the effective learning centers for Thai food lovers. Students get to know about the Thai cuisines recipies including preparation of menus. The students are being guided by expert chefs who will give the demo classes and alternative cooking techniques and substitute for each cuisine. Students are allowed to experiment with new and different Thai cooking techniques.

Students are provided with the accommodation in resorts and spa with ample amount of luxuries. They can opt for any day for the beginning of classes that fits their schedule. The classes begin at 10 o’clock in the morning and lasts till 4 p.m. in the evening. Students are provided with the Thai cook book that contains all the Thai recipies and their cooking techniques. They also arrange for master classes in cooking Thai meals.

The school offers 5 different courses, each for a single day, for students that last for 5 consecutive days. The school focuses on imparting knowledge of Thai ingredients and cooking techniques to the students. Students are provided with the accommodation in resort and spa. They offer free transfer between hotel and Thai cooking schools.
