Ristorante DeGrezia provides a unique cooking experience to their students. It provides the budding aspirants to get hands-on in challenging and dynamic environment. Students are provided with the ultra-modern techniques in the kitchen. They learn to cook a variety of cuisines and this helps them to build their confidence that is required to become great cook.

The classes are conducted in classrooms and kitchen and the students are guided by Executive Chef Massimo Felici. The chef helps students to prepare one appetizer, first course, main course, and a dessert. Apart from cooking, students are given wine tasting and appreciation sessions. Each class includes hands-on instruction, dinner tasting, and selection of wines. The classes last for about 2 to 2 ½ hours on Friday. The dinner time is reserved for discussions, feedback, and asks a question. The fee of the class is $120 per person. It is possible to book the seat for classes three to four weeks in advance. The private classes require at least 4 students to begin.
