Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts is a premier institute that has more than ten years of experience in helping students becomes professional in culinary arts. The expert chefs provide excellent culinary training to students. Students learn from the basics of knife skills to cooking international cuisines including French cuisines, and other classes on nutrition, kitchen efficiency, preparing stocks, etc. Apart from culinary education, students are taught about corporate team building skills and build trust. They prepare their students fully for the employment.
Their chefs work hard with the students so that their students become graduates and represent the institute in finest restaurants and hotels in the world. The class room size of the institute is kept small so that students get individual attention by the teachers. Each class has not more that 15 students. They guarantee lifetime placements to every graduate. There are some special classes conducted by guest chefs. They offer program in:
- Culinary Arts
- Baking and Pastry Arts
- Restaurant Management
These programs are offered four times in a year with flexibility in schedules. These programs are usually full time training programs. Some of their short term programs include:
- Wine Classes
- Casual Gourmet Classes
- Private Classes
- Cake Decorating Classes
- Teen Classes
There is master food styling workshop that lasts for two days and students learn about the latest tolls and techniques in styles of cooking. This class is conducted by culinary professional and provides students with hands-on learning experience.
My point of view:
Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts is a premier institute that has more than ten years of experience in helping students becomes professional in culinary arts. They offer several professional programs that are not more than six months long. The other are short term programs that includes classes of wine, gourmet cooking, teen, cake decoration, and private classes. The students are taught in small classrooms size so that they get individual attention. They focus on team building skills as well. Students require high school diploma to get enrolled in the program. They accept international students also.
