The Institute of Culinary Education is the largest and the most effective culinary institute that provides students with good culinary education. The school offers highly regarded training programs that lasts for about 6 to 11 months. Students in ICE are given hands-on experience in teaching them secrets behind exclusive cooking techniques of cuisines from around the world, baking and pastry arts, and wine sessions. The institute also offers some private cooking classes for students.
The institute is wide spread over large acres of land and provides students with ample amount of facilities. The practical hands-on training sessions are conducted in well-equipped kitchen and laboratories. The school also offer expanded library with all the useful books for referral and a resource room. The institute offer culinary training and diploma in:
- Culinary Arts
- Baking and Pastry Arts
- Culinary Management
The class size of all these programs is kept small so that students get individual attention by the teachers. The institute offers flexibility in schedule of the classes allowing students to choose from morning, afternoon, evening, or weekend culinary courses depending upon their needs. The students are trained well by talented and experienced chefs. The institute also aims to provide students with professional skills development theory. They want their students to learn from internships and apply those skills in their job.
My point of view:
The Institute of Culinary Education is the largest culinary institute in the state that provides students with the best of culinary education along with professional skills. Students graduating from ICE are seen working in food service industry. They provide students with the externship as well as job placement. Students learn a lot through rigorous class room and practical kitchen sessions. Students also get a lot of benefits during their stay and financial assistance to pay the fees.
