Cooking with Julie, Napa Valley cuisine provides food made by seasoned ingredients. Students at Cooking with Julie learn to cook exotic meals with wine country style. The recipies are made using finest of herbs and spices and freshest of organic ingredients that make the taste of dishes rich and healthy to eat. The classes are taught by Julie and other guest chefs helping students to learn cooking skills. They help students to learn classical and traditional ways of cooking. Along with cooking cuisines they expect their students to design menus as well.

The classes include hands-on approach and provide students overview of each subject. The chefs impart knowledge of cooking by theoretical concepts also. Students learn different tools and techniques behind cooking. They offer classes for all groups of people from the beginners to professional cooks. There are schedule for those wiling to opt for private classes that are minimum of 5 days. The theme of the class is based on student’s imagination. My point of view:

Cooking with Julie provides an excellent experience to those having interest in cooking. The classes are conducted by Chef Julie and other guest chefs that help students to learn the elementary to advanced level of cooking. They teach students in small classroom size of 8 students per class and covers theoretical and hands-on classes on cooking. Students are made to attend team building classes as well. They also offer private cooking classes as well. The gift certificates are arranged for every class.
