Diploma and Certificate Programs:
These programs are offered by many culinary schools, technical schools, community colleges etc. some of the popular diploma programs are Professional Cooking, Baking and Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, Restaurant Management.
Duration of these courses is normally from 8 to 10 weeks. These programs are helpful for students want to have some specialized training after completing their higher level degree or for students want to have some entry level work.
Culinary classes cover a wide range of cuisines and disciplines. These classes encourage students to learn and understand the techniques of cooking.
