Beer breweries developed a novel technique that fuses yeast to the slides of specially created ceramic lined cylinders during the brewing process. They designed the first prototype to test rigorous industry of beers which is known as aubras fermenting system.

Fermentation of beer traditionally involves placing wort- the sweet malt liquid before it is fermented and turned into beer into a vessel than yeast is added and converted sugar in to alcohol and carbon dioxide gas. Fermentation process takes about ten days. Beer making techniques are traditionally and uncontrolled one in which the yeast freely floats.
